I'm building a rig for video post production. I would like to RAID 4 SSDs for my media folder.
I was contemplating buying either 4 Crucial M500/M550 or 4 Samsung 500 EVO.
My only goal is read throuput (ideally around the 2GB/s mark). Don't care abour write, and don't care about redondancy (as it is media only, backups are made on standard HDDs)
I've read about many thing and still am at a loss. Can IBM M1015 fits the bill ?
I need 6GB/s, and I think I need trim support.
