KVM switches for NUC farm

Hi I am looking to build a NUC farm with up to 16 NUC and then 2 atom c2550 machines for shared services.

I am getting stuck on KVM and power control.

I'm trying to figure out if there is a cheap way to add a KVM function and maybe power cycling remotely for the NUCs
