Is there any use to the video card in my VM's?

I'm re-purposing my beast desktop with i7-2700k and 32G RAM. It's got ASUS mb with video on-board. I had video card installed as well when I was working on a box.

Now, I'm going to run hypervisor (ESXi or maybe HyperV) and not sure if this video-card will be of any use? It takes some space inside..

Should I go back to on-board video or ESXi can somehow use video card resources? This system does not have VT-d
