Supermicro case with non-supermicro motherboard

Supermicro makes some nice cases but I saw one in the datacenter being built. It has a non-standard front panel connector that wouldn't work on a Gigabyte, ASUS or ASRock motherboard.

Is there an easy way to solve that problem?
