STHbench 2014 - Finalization (almost there)

First off, thank you to @Chuckleb and @Patriot for all of their work on the new STHbench for 2014 which is shaping up to be a HUGE improvement.

My sense is that we are getting very close to finalizing the script. Therefore, I think we should move to STHbench to a finalized version soon.

Here are the open items:
