I have a server I want to install VSphere on, it's an X8DTE-F (original BIOS), the issue is the LSI 9211-8i (original BIOS and FW) and/or the two small KingSpec 4GB SLC SSD's that I wanted to install a mirrored copy of VSphere on to.
The drives are KSD-SA25.5-004SJ (I bought ten of these cheap to use in other VSphere servers), the LSI BIOS shows them as WRG TYPE under the RAID configuration, so I cant create the mirror and the size is reported as 0GB. I just tried to install...
