I am currently building a low power consumption box that I would like to dedicate to something like PFSense. I'm looking for general routing capabilities, simple DNS server, and OpenVPN host. I know this is asking a lot from a firewall.
I've never setup a DNS server before, essentially I'm looking for it to either take the hostname of the machine and tie it to the IP address and / or where I could manually configure what name goes to what IP address. I want to be able to type in "Router.local"...
