I´m seeking some advice on choosing a HBA or Raid controller for a pair of Dell C6100´s I just bought. I havn´t got the machines yet, but would like to get decent drive controllers for it now if possible.
The machines are 2xL5639 with 24 2.5" HD slots and a Y8Y69 1068E Mezzanine card in each node. I was planning to use Samsung SM843T drives in Raid 1 for each node. I might use 6 x 15k SAS drives in some node to get more storage.
